At Watch Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
